The Website provides information about Dental Tax Advocates and the tax, accounting, and bookkeeping services we offer to dental practice owners. You may use the Website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
The Website is operated from the United States and is intended for users in the United States. We make no representation that the Website or our services are appropriate or available outside the United States.
2. No Professional Advice
Articles, podcasts, and other content on the Website are provided for general informational purposes only.
They do not constitute tax, accounting, legal, or financial advice, and they may not reflect current federal or state tax law or apply to your circumstances. Consult a qualified professional before acting on any information found on the Website.
3. No Client Relationship
Using the Website, contacting us, or scheduling a consultation does not create a client relationship.
A client relationship begins only when you and Dental Tax Advocates sign an engagement letter. We may decline any prospective engagement at our discretion.
4. Services, Pricing, and Engagement Letters
All client services are governed by a separate engagement letter that defines the scope, fees, and responsibilities of each party.
Service descriptions and pricing shown on the Website are for general reference, may change without notice, and are confirmed only in your engagement letter. All fees are stated in U.S. dollars.
If these Terms conflict with your engagement letter, the engagement letter controls.
